The Place

SOMA – twenty-two acres in the Byron hinterland.

Ten private-ensuite rooms. A geodesic dome for movement and breathwork, set in the forest. A treatment room in the trees, a pool, a fire pit, and stunning views over the hills. It's genuinely the type of place you feel calmer the moment you arrive.

You won't be handed a schedule

An example day.

Each morning we'll reveal exactly what's ahead for the day.

The first night is designed to help you settle in – a bit of gentle movement and an intention-setting session to land in the moment and get to know the people around you. From there, a day might look like this.

Dawn
Sunrise breath
Wake with the first light over the hills, into up-regulating breathwork to shape your day.
Early
A light bite
Something simple – dates, fruit, honey – set out before you move. Fuel that sits lightly.
Morning
Pilates
The strongest practice of the day, while the body is freshest and the morning is still cool.
After
Breakfast
Abundant and nourishing. A long table style, with nowhere else to be.
Late morning
Open
Treatments, the pool, a book in the shade – or nothing at all.
Midday
Lunch
Generous and nourishing.
Late
Pilates
The second session, slower and restorative: mobilising and lengthening your body.
Dusk
Sunset breath
Breathwork as the sun goes down – down-regulating, setting the body toward evening.
Night
Dinner, then rest
Dinner, kept simple and served well before sleep. Family style, homey meals you won't forget.
