The whole property, taken over for a small group.

Three nights at SOMA, exclusive use, a maximum of 18 of us. Pilates and breathwork, slow food, and time to do very little – in one of the most beautiful houses in the Byron hinterland.

You arrive, you settle, and the rest is taken care of. You'll leave moving better, and feeling it.

The Place

SOMA – twenty-two acres in the Byron hinterland.

Ten private-ensuite rooms. A glass geodesic dome for movement and breathwork, set in the forest. A treatment room in the trees, a pool, a fire pit, and long views over the hills. The kind of place you feel calmer the moment you arrive.

An Example Day

You won't be handed a schedule.

Each morning, the shape of your day is revealed – only then. Lean into the lack of control and trust us with the process.

The first night is designed to help you settle in from wherever you've arrived – a bit of gentle movement and an intention-setting session to land in the moment and get to know the people around you. From there, a day might look like this.

Sunrise breath
Wake with the first light over the hills, into up-regulating breathwork to shape your day.
A light bite
Something simple – dates, fruit, honey – set out before you move. Fuel that sits lightly.
Pilates
The strongest practice of the day, while the body is freshest and the morning is still cool.
Breakfast
Abundant and nourishing. A long table style, with nowhere else to be.
Open
Treatments, the pool, a book in the shade – or nothing at all.
Lunch
Generous and unhurried, served at the height of the day.
Pilates
The second session, slower and restorative – mobilising and lengthening your body.
Sunset breath
Breathwork as the sun goes down – down-regulating, setting the body toward evening.
Dinner, then rest
Kept simple and served well before sleep. Family style, homey meals you won't forget.
